Invitation for this wonderful upcoming event while EuroPride 2019 Vienna

The constant policing and abuse of BPoC (Black and People of Color) LGBTIQ+ bodies is on the rise – especially in the wake of ever increasing right-wing populism and politics.

We are convinced that we can face this together – by uniting and by protecting each other. But how do we develop an understanding of allyship and of solidarity? How do we communicate, share resources and information to build a strong network?

You are on point, Terry, just cool, just you.“

„I’ve always wanted the whole cake, just like you, not only one piece.“ Wisdom left by charismatic Chioma for 9year old Terry, who is remembering her „Mom Chioma“ through all the well known little objects in her otherwise already empty flat. Somewhere in between tender memories, Terry is fiercly creating her own future in Lagos, Freetown and Vienna, right where she belongs. „You are on point, Terry, just cool, just you.“

We will be collecting LGBTI+ stuff like flags, movies, (english) books but also your personal greetings etc.
Since ARA Nigeria Outreach is completely reliant on donations we‘d also appreciate money donations.

We‘ll document the reception at House Linda and screen it for you at a selected Stop ‘n Chop in December!! Let the exchange and connection begin?✊?
