Wir sind jetzt dabei und der nächste Schritt ist die Zusammenarbeit von Planet 10 und dem habiTAT bei der Umsetzung des Aufbauvorhabens.

Gemeinsam mit dem habiTAT Österreich planen wir die Kosten, die Zurückzahlung und ständige Neulukrierung der Direktkredite die es braucht um ein Hausprojekt zu realisieren.

Und das Beste daran…

Sobald wir die GesmbH mit habiTAT gründen ist unser Haus dem Immobilienmarkt entzogen und bleibt Eigentum von denen die drin wohnen bzw. dem Team von Planet 10.

Geplant ist dieser Schritt für Herbst ’24.

Planet 10 is NOW with habiTAT

We are now on board and the next step is for Planet 10 and habiTAT to work together to implement the development project.

As soon as we set up the limited company with habiTAT, our house is withdrawn from the real estate market and remains the property of those who live in it or the Planet 10 team.
